Thank you for choosing Marielle Modest Clothing! We want to make sure your shopping experience is easy and enjoyable. Here’s a simple overview of our shipping policy.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we’ll get it ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days. Keep in mind that this doesn’t include weekends or holidays!
Lost or Delayed Packages
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays or lost packages happen with delivery services. After your package leaves from our location, it’s up to the courier to deliver it.
If your package doesn’t arrive:
- You’ll need to file a claim with the delivery service. We can help you with the claim link if you need it.
- If your item is lost, we may offer a refund of 70% of its value after four weeks from the expected delivery date to help cover stock issues.
Please make sure your shipping address is clear and correct. We can’t be responsible for packages that can’t be delivered due to incorrect addresses or if no one is there to receive them. This applies to international orders as well.
Shipping Methods
We have several shipping options based on where you live:
- Expedited shipping: Usually takes 3-5 business days within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Xpresspost shipping
- International shipping: Delivery times vary because of customs rules in your country.
Remember, any customs fees or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on how heavy your order is and where it’s going. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you finish your order. Once the item is shipped, the shipping fee cannot be refunded since we’ve already paid the courier.
Order Tracking
After we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.
